Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel compound having a strong opening action with respect to KCNQ 2-5 channels. Provided is a compound represented by the general formula (I) (in the formula, the definitions of each group are as described in the specification). The compound represented by general formula (I) has a strong opening action with respect to KCNQ 2-5 channels, so it is effective as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent of KCNQ 2-5 channel related diseases(for example, urinary disorders or an overactive bladder).
