Abstract:
A kernel fuzzy C-means fast clustering algorithm with integrated spatial constraints, the specific steps being as follows: (1) using an illumination processing algorithm to construct a pre-processed image affected by illumination; (2) after step (1), using a Gaussian kernel to map an original image and the preprocessed image to a feature space, and clustering and segmenting the image. The algorithm maps the image to the feature space, and uses the pixel spatial relationship to optimise the objective function of the kernel fuzzy C-means clustering, so that the clustering process has segmentation robustness against changes to the grey values of similar pixel points caused by environmental changes.
