A kernel type concha body temperature measurement system comprises: an insertion unit inserted into an outer ear; a temperature measurement unit for measuring body temperature of a concha; a mapping table storage unit for storing a mapping table for correcting the measured body temperature of the concha into a core temperature; and a correction unit for correcting the measured body temperature of the concha according to the mapping table.
