Abstract:
Provided are a mycobacterium neoaurum, a ketosteroid C27-monooxygenase derived from mycobacterium neoaurum, and application of the ketosteroid C27-monooxygenase. By adding expressions of SMO isoenzyme SMO1, SMO2 and/or SMO3 to mycobacterium neoaurum of high-yield androstenedione (ADD),the final yield of the ADD can be effectively improved.
