Abstract:
A second apparatus (600) transmits second apparatus identification information. A first apparatus (400) receives the second apparatus identification information and transmits a key request that includes first apparatus identification information and the second apparatus identification information. A key management device (200) receives the key request, encrypts a shared key using the first apparatus identification information and generates a first encrypted shared key, encrypts a shared key using the second apparatus identification information and generates a second encrypted shared key, and transmits a key response that includes the first encrypted shared key and the second encrypted shared key. The first apparatus receives the key response, decodes the shared key from the first encrypted shared key using the first apparatus identification information, and transmits the second encrypted shared key. The second apparatus receives the second encrypted shared key and decodes the shared key from the second encrypted shared key using the second apparatus identification information.
