The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed in the present application are a key material sending method, a key material obtaining method, and an information transmission method and device. The key material sending method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a first network function receives first information, the first information being used for determining a first association relationship between a first terminal and a second terminal; the first network function sends a key material of the first terminal according to the first association relationship, wherein the key material of the first terminal comprises security information required when the first terminal performs communication.
