Disclosed in some embodiments of the present application are a key structure and a wearable device. A housing of the wearable device is provided with a key hole. The key structure comprises a conductive key and a mounting sleeve. The conductive key comprises a key cap and a key shaft, wherein the key cap is provided with a guide groove, and the key shaft is provided on the bottom wall of the guide groove. The mounting sleeve comprises a supporting part and an insulating part; the supporting part has a first end extending into the guide groove and a second end provided in the key hole in a penetrating manner, and is provided with a shaft hole allowing the key shaft to penetrate through; and the insulating part comprises an isolation section provided on the inner peripheral wall of the shaft hole and a first extension section extending and covering the surface of the first end facing the groove wall of the guide groove, wherein the isolation section is located between the key shaft and the hole wall of the shaft hole and abuts against the key shaft in a sliding manner. High insulative isolation reliability is achieved between the key structure and the housing of the wearable device provided in the present application.
