Abstract:
Disclosed is a keyboard with illumination light sources, said keyboard being configured so that translucent key tops are projected from arrangement holes of a opaque front case which is spaced from and disposed above a printed board; a transparent rubber sheet disposed between the printed board and the front case supports the key tops; movable contacts are provided on the portions of the rubber sheet, which are located immediately beneath the key tops; and light sources are arranged on the printed board, wherein a conductive layer cannot be seen through the tops of the key tops and, accordingly, the key tops can be effectively illuminated. Each movable contact (70) is formed by attaching a conductive layer (702) onto the surface of a movable contact white layer (701) attached to the surface of a rubber sheet (50), and the conductive layer (702) cannot be seen through each key top (40).
