Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mitt which is one piece of training gear used for training taekwondo and the like, and which is mainly used for kicking practice. The present invention provides a kicking practice mitt, which implements a novelly-shaped mitt of which a hitting plate portion hit by a user and a handle portion held by the hand of a coach are connected by means of a neck portion made from a flexible metal sheet material, thereby extending the lifespan of the mitt and maintaining functionality such as enabling excellent durability to be ensured even if repetitive hitting force is received, has a check valve capable of selectively restricting air discharged from airbags on both surfaces thereof so as to completely remove a problem in which the air discharged from each airbag is mixed or flows backward, thereby enabling power during hitting to be accurately measured, and implements a novel air line for combining, through one line, the air discharged from the airbags of both surfaces thereof and sending same to a measuring device, thereby enabling simplification of the overall structure of the mitt and improvement in the exterior of the mitt.
