Abstract:
A kickstand (140,200) and a scooter (100) having the kickstand are disclosed. The kickstand includes: at least one fixing head (210), including a device for assembling the fixing head on the scooter and a first working surface; a leg (220) including at least two grounding points, the leg being coupled to the at least one fixing head by a pin (230) for pivoting relative to the fixing head between a folded position and a deployed position. The kickstand is a double-support structure, which can balance the forces from the left and right sides, greatly reducing the possibility of the scooter falling down, thereby reducing the probability that the scooter is damaged.
