Title:
KINASE SUBSTRATE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/207760
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to provide a polypeptide which can specifically and with high sensitivity be phosphorylated by kinases, and to provide a kinase substrate kit with which the kinome can be more accurately analyzed, provided is a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence from (a) or (b), (a) an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS. 1-187 and 249-251 and (b) an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS. 1-187 and 249-251 in which at least one amino acid has been replaced, deleted, added or inserted, the polypeptide exhibiting at least double the reactivity to a target kinase than to other kinases.
