Abstract:
The present invention provides a KIF18A inhibitor and a method for synthesizing same. The compound of the present invention can regulate KIF18A protein to influence the cell cycle and the cell proliferation process, so as to treat cancers and cancer-related diseases. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound and a method for treating a condition associated with KIF18A activity.
