Abstract:
A kit for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its application are disclosed. The kit contains the antibody or its fragments which can specifically bind to the EGFL7 protein or its fragments. The kit can provide higher sensitivity and veracity than the existing method for the diagnosis of HCC, and the kit can also be used to monitor the recurrence/metastasis and estimate the postsurgical prognosis of HCC.
