Abstract:
A kit for detecting prostate cancer and the use thereof, and a kit for detecting bladder cancer and the use thereof. The kit for detecting prostate cancer comprises sarcosine oxidase, metal nanoparticles, a gold nanomaterial, and a reagent for etching the gold nanomaterial. The concentration of sarcosine in urine is evaluated by means of a chromogenic reaction, and the concentration of sarcosine is distinguished by means of color. Therefore, visual detection of prostate cancer by the naked eye is realized. The kit for detecting prostate cancer is non-invasive, low-cost, convenient to use and on-site responsive, and is suitable for popularization and application in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
