Abstract:
The present invention provides a kit or a device for detecting a malignant brain tumor, and a method of detecting the same. The present invention pertains to the following: a kit or a device for detecting a malignant brain tumor, where the kit or device includes a nucleic acid capable of binding specifically to a particular miRNA in a sample from a test subject; and a method for detecting a malignant brain tumor, where the method includes in vitro measurement of the miRNA.
