Abstract:
Disclosed are a kit and a method for detecting SARS-CoV-2. Asymmetric PCR amplification is used in the kit of the present invention for detecting SARS-CoV-2, and by means of combining same with a multi-color probe melting curve analysis technique, the detection of SARS-CoV-2 and type detection of S-D614 and S-G614 strains can be achieved.
