The present invention may provide a kit for specimen storage, the kit comprising: a reagent storage container; a specimen storage container; a cover member in which one side of the reagent storage container is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of a first coupler on one side of the cover member and screwed together, and one side of the specimen storage container is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of a second coupler on the other side of the cover member and screwed together; a blocking film which is provided at one open end of the reagent storage container to seal the inner space of the reagent storage container; and a cut-out protrusion which is provided to protrude from one end of the specimen storage container and to cut out the blocking film while entering thereinto when screwed into the cover member. Accordingly, leakage and evaporation of reagents that may occur during specimen input can be prevented, reagents and specimens can be blended together just by a simple manipulation to have good usability, and by improving airtightness, the effects of improving the preservation performance of specimens and effectively preventing contamination from the outside can be provided.
