Abstract:
A kitchen smoke processing device, comprising a spraying chamber (1), a pipeline device (2), and an exhaust fan (3). The spraying chamber (1) is provided with a kitchen smoke interface (11), a spraying chamber outlet (12), and a plurality of filter screens (13). The kitchen smoke interface (11) is provided at the bottom, the top, or a side face of one side of the spraying chamber (1), and is used for connecting a kitchen smoke pipeline (6). The spraying chamber outlet (12) is provided at the bottom of the other side of the spraying chamber (1), and is used for exhausting the kitchen smoke. The plurality of filter screens (13) is provided between the kitchen smoke interface (11) and the spraying chamber outlet (12). The pipeline device (2) comprises a water spraying connecting pipe (23) and at least one sprayer (21). The sprayer (21) is provided at the top of the spraying chamber (1), and is connected to a water source by means of the water spraying connecting pipe (23). An air inlet of the exhaust fan (3) is connected to the spraying chamber outlet (12), and an air outlet of the exhaust fan (3) is communicated with the exterior of the kitchen smoke processing device. The kitchen smoke processing device having the structure can effectively reduce kitchen smoke residues, implement quick kitchen smoke processing, improve the efficiency of separating kitchen smoke particles from gas, and reduce the cost of kitchen smoke processing.
