Abstract:
The present invention relates to a kitchen utensil holder, which has a compact size to occupy a smaller space and is designed to facilitate storage and retrieval of knives or utensils, while maintaining an aesthetically attractive appearance. The kitchen utensil holder according to the present invention comprises: a lower container (2) having an opening (3) on the top; an upper casing (5) which joins with the opening (3) of the lower container (2) in a detachable manner and has a plurality of circumferential inserting holes (7) arranged radially along the upper circumference, with each hole extending upwardly at an outwardly inclined angle, and a central inserting hole (9) provided at the center, such that kitchen utensils with a handle (12), such as, knives (13, 14, 15), a tong (17) or scissors (18), fit into the circumferential inserting holes (7) or the central inserting hole (9); and slits (8) extending in a radial direction from the circumferential insertion holes (7), respectively, to allow blades of the knives (13) among the kitchen utensils to pass through.
