Abstract:
Provided are a kitchen waste recycling and vacuum drying system, and a drying method therefor. The system comprises a kitchen waste feeding device (10), a vacuum drying device (20) and an air pump (30). By extruding and pushing in a fixed quantity in a screw structure, and by configuring a vacuum environment in an independent sealing barrel (21), a boiling point is decreased effectively, thereby achieving a rapid drying effect. Thus the kitchen waste can be continuously dried into powder particles, such that the kitchen waste in the form of powder particles can be made into fodder or fertilizer, having the advantages of power saving, rapid drying, high efficiency and environmental protection, etc.
