Abstract:
A kneading-apparatus internal-inspection device according to the present invention is provided with an imaging unit disposed so as to be capable of imaging the inside of a kneading apparatus, a linear-light light-source unit for irradiating linear light onto the inside of the kneading apparatus, a detection unit for detecting the on-image size of an object of measurement inside the kneading apparatus on the basis of an image in which the object of measurement has been imaged by the imaging unit in a state of being irradiated with the linear light, a distance acquisition unit for acquiring an imaging unit distance from the object of measurement to an imaging unit, and a calculation unit for calculating the actual size of the object of measurement on the basis of the on-image size obtained by the detection unit and the imaging unit distance obtained by the distance acquisition unit.
