Abstract:
Disclosed is a kneading extrusion device comprising a barrel having an extrusion outlet from which a kneadable material made of a first raw material and a second raw liquid material is extruded from the inside, a screw shaft arranged inside the barrel to knead the first raw material and the second raw material to form a kneadable material in a melted condition, a screw driving device which continuously drives to rotate the screw shaft at a constant rate, a die which is in communication with the extrusion outlet of the barrel and has an extrusion outlet from which the pressurized kneadable material extruded from the extrusion outlet of the barrel is extruded to the outside of the device, and an ejection device which ejects a part of the kneadable material extruded from the extrusion outlet of the barrel between the extrusion outlet of the barrel and the extrusion outlet of the die, wherein the ejection device is provided with an ejection amount control means which controls the ejection amount of the kneadable material, so as to maintain a constant pressure of the kneadable material at the extrusion outlet of the barrel.
