Abstract:
A fixed hole (12) that opens in the outer peripheral surface (11a) of a knife cylinder (11) is provided. A magnetic force generating element (16) is fixed to the bottom of the fixed hole (12). Furthermore, a magnetic force generating element (34) is slidably disposed above the magnetic force generating element (16). A sliding element (24) is inserted and disposed inside the fixed hole (12) through the circumferential surface (14b) of a seat (14) provided in the opening of the fixed hole (12). In each of the facing surfaces of the magnetic force generating element (16) and the magnetic force generating element (34), North Pole magnets (22a) and South Pole magnets (22b)are buried along a half circumference and along the remaining half circumference. The magnetic force generating element (34) is made capable of rotating 180 degrees. The magnets on one of said facing surfaces are disposed in such a way as to have the same magnetic poles as those on the other facing surface, leading to repulsion being generated, with the result that a countersunk head section (24a) is discharged from the fixed hole (12). Furthermore, an inclined surface (48) of a through hole (42) pierced in a tool mounting block (40) is fitted and fixed between the countersunk head section (24a) and the outer peripheral surface (11a).
