Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a knife gripping aligner, comprising a first knife face fitting body, a second knife face fitting body, and a third knife face fitting body, wherein the first knife face fitting body is connected to the second knife face fitting body and the third knife face fitting body by means of a thumb portion and a middle finger portion, the first knife face fitting body is attached to one face of a knife body, and the second knife face fitting body and the third knife face fitting body are attached to the other face of the knife body; the thumb portion is provided above a knife back; and the middle finger portion is provided behind the knife body. The present utility model changes the manner in which a force is applied during the use of a kitchen knife, and the posture of fingers using the kitchen knife is corrected, so that pressure on the fingers is relieved, the labor intensity of using the kitchen knife for a long time is relieved, and a hand using the kitchen knife is protected. The present utility model is easy to assemble and disassemble, is convenient to clean, and has a low cost and a long service life.
