Abstract:
The present invention relates to a knife which has an accommodation part formed on the upper part of a knife edge and a thermoelectric element formed within the accommodation part so that the knife edge can be maintained to be cool at a fixed temperature, thereby being capable of maintaining freshness when cutting ingredients such as sliced raw fish. The present invention comprises: an accommodation part formed on the upper part of a knife edge and having an opened right end and a hollow internal space; a handle extended from the right end of the accommodation part; a thermoelectric element inserted from the right end of the handle and formed in the accommodation part; a power source part formed in the inside of the handle to supply power to the thermoelectric element; and a stopper connected to the right end of the handle. A cooling pin is formed on the lower surface of the thermoelectric element, and a radiation fin is formed on the upper surface of the thermoelectric element, to thereby cool the knife edge, and heat the upper surface of the accommodation part.
