The knitted fabric having the heat insulation and sunscreen functions comprises at least two layers of structures, and the knitted fabric having the heat insulation and sunscreen functions at least comprises a garment surface (2) and a skin-fitting surface (1). The garment surface (2) comprises at least one piece of first yarn Y1, the first yarn Y1 comprises light-absorbing and heating yarn, and the coverage rate of the first yarn Y1 on the garment surface (2) is 30%-80%; the skin-fitting surface (1) comprises at least one piece of second yarn Y2, and the second yarn Y2 comprises non-light-absorbing and heating yarn, wherein the ratio of the water conducting capacity LP1 of the first yarn Y1 to the water conducting capacity LP2 of the second yarn Y2 is larger than or equal to 2. The knitted fabric having the heat insulation and sunscreen functions has excellent heat insulation and sunscreen property, air permeability, quick-drying performance and one-way wet permeability property, and is comfortable in wearing, excellent in comprehensive performance, low in production cost and wide in application range.
