Abstract:
Provided is a knitted lace for which yarn breakage of chain stitch yarns during knitting is limited, splitting of cut edges does not occur, and texture is good. The knitted lace comprises: first inserted yarns, which are knitted into a chain stitch structure by being inserted in the course direction in each looped portion thereof; second inserted yarns, which are knitted into a chain stitch structure by being inserted in the course direction in some of the multiple looped portions; and third inserted yarns that have parallel-running portions, in which the third inserted yarn is inserted in the course direction in the looped portion of a chain stitch structure and is knitted side by side with a second inserted yarn, and transversely crossing portions, in which the yarn is knitted so as to cross from a predetermined chain stitch structure to the looped portion of a chain stitch structure that is adjacent in the wale direction. The chain stitch yarns configuring each chain stitch structure comprise, at intervals in the course direction, transversely extending portions, which extend transversely from each chain stitch structure to the chain stitch structure adjacent in one direction of the wale direction and are locked by the parallel-running portion of the third inserted yarn and the second inserted yarn that is knitted into the chain stitch structure that is adjacent in the one direction of the wale direction.
