CLAIMS 1 - Invention is an offa! kokorec flavored kokorec making method out of meat, and its hallmarks are; cooking 20 to 50 grams of lamb meat and back fat kept in the refrigerator for a week with 100 to 200 35 grams oil on a preheated grill or skillet slightly for 5 to 10 minutes on high heat; without waiting, mincing the ingredients and cooking them on overheated cast skillet by stirring for 3 to 5 minutes; and towards the end of cooking, adding two pinches of flaked red pepper, thyme and salt. 2- The aforementioned being the kokorec making method out of meat, adding chopped and cooked tomatoes and green peppers to the dish optionally, stirring ingredients together with this mixture for a few minutes more. 3- Invention is an offal kokorec flavored kokorec making method out of meat, and its hallmark is being served as a sandwich in bread or wrapped in tortillas.

KOKOREC MAKING OUT OF MEAT

Revelant field of invention:

Invention is related to making common kokorec flavored, hygienic and healthy kokorec product out of meat.

Current status of the method:

Currently, kokorec is being made out of intestines, which is offal.

Offal not being eaten by everyone, not being preferred for hygiene reasons, being hard to digestand rich in calories are common problems encountered.

Intestine might also be harmful for health for it is offai. These problems are eliminated with our invention.

Innovations introduced by the invention

objective of the invention;

Our invention, meat kokorec, brings a new dimension to kokorec consisting of intestine, namely offal up to the day.

Meat kokorec provides the flavor of the kokorec that consists of intestine at present. Kokorec prepared with the developed recipe is more hygienic, healthy, has lower calorie and is easier to digest compared to the kokorec consisting of intestine.

This way, a product that has the same flavor, but healthier is achieved in substitution for kokorec, which is not preferred for hygiene reasons, rich in calories and hard to digest. Explanation of the Invention :

invention is concerning making of common kokorec flavored, hygienic and healthy kokorec product out of meat.

20 to 50 grams of lamb meat and back fat kept in the refrigerator for a week are cooked slightly with 100 to 200

grams oil on a preheated grill or skillet for 5 to 10 minutes on high heat. Afterwards, without waiting, the ingredients are minced and cooked again on overheated cast skillet by being stirred for 3 to 5 minutes.

Towards the end of cooking, two pinches of flaked red pepper and thyme are added.

Chopped tomatoes and green peppers might be added to the prepared dish, and served to table in cast skillet after stirring whole ingredients for a few minutes more. The dish might also be served as sandwich in bread or wrapped in tortillas.

Meat kokorec may be served to consumer in all restaurants, cafes, kiosks and similar places within the scope of food and beverage sector.

Consumers prefer the product for the reason that they are able to eat healthy, easily digested and original kokorec flavored kokorec that can be prepared at restaurants, cafes or kiosks of their choice.
