Abstract:
The present invention relates to coronavirus diagnosis through single application of a sample, a structure capable of simultaneously diagnosing a plurality of diseases including coronavirus, and a diagnostic system using same and is characterized by the ability to perform sample pretreatment, isothermal amplification, detection, and diagnosis steps on a single chip through the application of lab-on-paper technology and by the structure in which a sample is traveled in a lateral flow-type manner and is finally connected to gene big data relevant to diseases including coronavirus and strain infections, thereby enabling diagnosis of whether a disease and strain infection exists.
