Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention relates to a label machine for textile products (A) which automatically performs the function of cutting, fastening and / or sewing labels of one or more different lengths and widths simultaneously characterized in that it contains; the label roll distribution trash assembly (1 ), in which a plurality of label rolls (1.1 ) are arranged one on the other in a vertical channel (1.3), the label mechanism (2) for conveying the label of different sizes and sizes to the cutting edge via step motor (2.3), the blade cutting group (4) which cuts the labels coming from the label mechanism (2) to the desired dimensions, the movement group (3) which transmits the cut labels to the planting unit to ensure that it is post-cut.

2. A label machine for textile products (A) according to claim 1 ; comprises a transfer channel (1.2) in which said label roll (1.1 ) is transmitted to the vertical channel (1.3).

3. A label machine for textile products (A) according to any of the preceding claims; comprises a label adjusting apparatus (2.1 ) which fulfills the function of adjusting the size and dimension of said labels, blowing apparatus (2.2) which allows said label to push more easily into the cutting mouth by pneumatic blowing air.

4. A label machine for textile products (A) according to any of the preceding claims; a blowing apparatus (2.2) which allows said label to push more easily into the cutting mouth by pneumatic blowing air.

5. A label machine for textile products (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the blade cutting group (4) comprises a guillotine for cold cutting.

6. A label machine for textile products (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the blade cutting group (4) comprises a resistance for hot cutting.

7. A label machine for textile products (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the blade cutting group (4) comprises a vibration apparatus for ultrasonic cutting.

Description:
A LABEL MACHINE FOR TEXTILE PRODUCTS

Technical Field

The invention relates to a label machine for textile products.

In particular, the invention relates to a label machine for textile products, which automatically performs the function of cutting, fastening and / or sewing of labels of one or more lengths and widths simultaneously.

Background of the Invention

Labels are often used in many textile products such as home textiles, ready-made clothing and technical textiles.

Washing instructions labels showing the textile materials used in the product and how they should be washed, labels containing length, model and body information of the product and many labels such as these are sewn on textile products.

Especially in accordance with the increasing needs in recent years, more than one label with different lengths and widths is sewn on top of each other.

When more than one label is intended to be sewn in the present technique, more than one label machine is positioned side by side, a plurality of labels in the form of rolls are identified by the sensor, cut and glued or sewn on the side of the article, preferably on the side.

For such an operation, the label machine has to be arranged side by side until the number of labels, which leads to the need for larger production areas. The larger production areas also increase the production costs of the manufacturing companies.

Since there is a need for more than one scissors to cut the labels that need to be cut at different sizes and sizes, there is no possibility of cutting with a single machine.

In the patent application of the Turkish Patent Institute in the literature, in the patent application no. TR 2018 13534 discloses’’The invention relates in particular to the label machine and the folding system in which textiles, ready-to-wear products, use of the product, the washing conditions, the place of production, the labels for which the information is placed are automatically cut, folded and joined without human intervention."

In the said embodiment, a plurality of label machines are arranged side-by-side to perform the function of cutting more than one textile label.

In the patent application of the Turkish Patent Institute in the literature, in the patent application no. EP2755893B1 discloses“A labeling machine, in particular of a spool- fed type, comprising a frame supporting an application means provided with at least one rotating member adapted to transmit individual labels on corresponding boxes moved by a conveying means; The delivery device is supplied with a drive means that solves the label strip from a reel supported by a rotatable support mounted on at least one support assembly. The labeling machine includes a pivoting tool to move the spool support assembly in a reversible manner to a loading position in which the pivoting axis of the pivoting support is transversely to the pivoting axis of the pivoting axis from a working position where the pivoting axis of the pivotable support is substantially parallel to the pivoting axis of the pivoting member.”

In the aforementioned application, the labeling machine of the reel-feed type is disclosed.

In the patent application of the Turkish Patent Institute in the literature, in the patent application no. EP2473411 B1 discloses “A labeling machine comprises a main support frame on which a rotary system is mounted; the rotary system is equipped with support for objects to be labeled. Multiple labeling devices were radially positioned along the edge of the rotary system to apply labels to the objects placed on the rotating system. The main support frame has a guiding and support line in which the labeling devices are slidably connected to enable them to be placed in different positions along the edge of the rotary system. The machine is also provided with a first coupling device which makes it possible to evenly engage the connection and a second coupling device for reversibly connecting each labeling device to a connection module.”

In the aforementioned embodiment, a structure for labeling objects placed on the rotary system is described.

Because of the aforementioned disadvantages, it has been required to introduce a new labeling machine for textile products.

Disclosure of the Invention

The object of the invention is to provide a new labeling machine for textile products which eliminate the existing disadvantages.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure capable of sewing labels of different sizes and sizes up to five.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with the capability of sewing labels of different sizes and sizes to one to seven with additional apparatuses.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with standardized cutting and planting capability with sensor support by entering the label dimensions.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure in which the desired size of labels can be determined according to their size and can be made by heat or ultrasonic bonding. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the manufacturing companies to make production with machines that occupy much less space.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that reduces the manufacturing costs of the manufacturing companies.

Detailed Description of the Invention In this detailed description, the innovation is described with examples that will not have any limiting effect for better understanding of the subject matter.

The invention relates to a label machine for textile products (A) which automatically performs the function of cutting, fastening and / or sewing labels of one or more different lengths and widths simultaneously characterized in that it contains; the label roll distribution trash assembly (1 ), in which a plurality of label rolls (1.1 ) are arranged one on the other in a vertical channel (1.3), the label mechanism (2) for conveying the label of different sizes and sizes to the cutting edge via step motor (2.3), the blade cutting group (4) which cuts the labels coming from the label mechanism (2) to the desired dimensions, the movement group (3) which transmits the cut labels to the planting unit to ensure that it is post-cut.

The label machine for textile products (A) according to the invention consists of main parts that, the label roll distribution trash assembly (1 ) in which a plurality of label rolls (1.1 ) are arranged one on the other in a vertical channel (1.3), a transfer channel (1.2) in which said label roll (1.1 ) is transmitted to the vertical channel (1.3), the label mechanism (2) for conveying the label of different sizes and sizes to the cutting edge via step motor (2.3), label adjusting apparatus (2.1 ) which fulfills the function of adjusting the size and dimension of said labels, a blowing apparatus (2.2) which allows said label to push more easily into the cutting mouth by pneumatic blowing air, the blade cutting group (4) which cuts the labels coming from the label mechanism (2) to the desired dimensions, the movement group (3) which transmits the cut labels to the planting unit to ensure that it is post-cut.

The labeling machine (A) for the textile products of the invention is positioned in such a way that, unlike the present technique, a plurality of label rolls (1.1 ) are overlapping.

A plurality of label rolls (1.1 ) positioned on a vertical channel (1.3) are located in the label roll distribution trash assembly (1 ). Labels of different sizes and dimensions are sent to the cutting port with the label mechanism (2). The labels coming into the cutting mouth are cut into the blade cutting group (4) and transmitted to the cutting unit via the movement group (3).

Cutting in the aforementioned blade cutting group (4) can be in the form of cold cut (guillotine) or as a hot cut, or as a cutting with resistance or ultrasonic cutting.
