Abstract:
Provided is a label producing device that can accurately cut out each label from a label base material on which highly stretchable labels are sequenced. The label producing device comprises: a cutting device (20) for cutting the elongated label base material (S) for each label (L); a first feeding device (22) disposed upstream of the cutting device (20) with respect to the conveying direction of the label base material; a second feeding device (24) disposed further upstream of the first feeding device (22); a mark sensor (26) for detecting reference marks (M) of each label on the label base material (S) between the first feeding device (22) and the second feeding device (24); and a control device for controlling the respective operations of the cutting device (20), the first feeding device (22) and the second feeding device (24) on the basis of a detection signal from the marker sensor (26). The control device separately controls each of the operations of a first feeding motor (23) and a second feeding motor (25) such that a first roller pair (22a,22b) and a second roller pair (24a,24b) rotate synchronously.
