Abstract:

[Problem] To make it possible to continuously draw out labels from a label roll that is formed by connecting a plurality of labels that are attached to an adherend with one part of the label protruding. [Solution] A label roll (L) that is configured by connecting a plurality of labels (10) that are attached to an adherend with one part of the label (10) protruding. The label (10) comprises a label base section (2) and an overcoat layer (3) that is provided to the front surface of the label base section (2). An adhesive section (4a) and a non-adhesive section (4b) are formed on the rear surface of the label base section (2). A band-shaped label body (8) is arranged so as to partially overlap with the front and rear surfaces of a plurality of the labels (10). The labels (10) are connected to each other by attaching a predetermined region of the adhesive section (4a) that is formed on the rear surface of each label base section (2) to the overcoat layer (3) on the front surface of the next label (10) that is adjacent thereto. The area of the predetermined region of the adhesive section (4a) is larger than 50% of the entire area of the adhesive section (4a) that is formed on the rear surface.
