Abstract:
A labeler (2) is provided with a support table (16) on which a container (1) is mounted, a cylindrical mandrel (17) forming a shrink label on the outer surface thereof, a label supply means (6) for supplying a label or a shrink label, a picker (20) for suctioning and holding the shrink label on the inner surface thereof, and a switching means (43) for switching the position of the picker in accordance with the first labeler state or the second labeler state. In the first labeler state, the label supply means adheres a label on the container mounted on the support table. In the second labeler state, the label supply means supplies a shrink label onto the outer surface of the mandrel, and the picker receives, on the inner surface thereof, the shrink label formed on the outer surface of the mandrel, and attaches the shrink label on the container. Provided is a labeler capable of being used both as a roll labeler and a shrink labeler.
