Abstract:
The present invention relates to a labor contract management system for part-time work by using a terminal. A system (11), an employer terminal (12), and an employee terminal (13) are connected to each other via a network. When there is a request from the employee terminal (13) to confirm either the start or the end of an employee's work and break, a contract identification mark for at least one of the start or the end of the employee's work and break is transmitted to the system (11) via the employee terminal (13), such that, when the contract identification mark is the same as a predefined contract identification mark, a timer module (28) counts at least one of the start and the end of the work and the break. A contract execution confirmation module (27) transmits, to a payment management module (29), a wage to be paid on the basis of the counted working hours by referring to a working condition DB (23) in which contract conditions approved and agreed by the employer terminal (12) and the employee terminal (13) are stored, such that the payment management module (29) deposits the wage for the working hours, among an amount paid in advance by the employer, into an account of the employee through a settlement system (14).
