Abstract:
The present invention provides a laboratory bottle fixing mechanism, a cleaning device and a cleaning method therefor; the laboratory bottle fixing mechanism comprises a snap-on slot box for fixing laboratory bottles; and the snap-on slot box comprises a snap-on slot box body and a snap-on slot box cover snap-fitted on and connected to the snap-on slot box body. Several through-holes respectively in communication with bottle mouths of the laboratory bottles are provided on the snap-on slot box cover, the snap-on slot box body is provided with several slots for accommodating bottle bodies and keeping the bottle mouths always facing the through-holes, the snap-on slot box cover is provided on the opening side of the slots and limits each laboratory bottle in the corresponding slot, so that a plurality of laboratory bottles can be fixed at the same time and cleaned at the same time, and it is unnecessary to separately fix each laboratory bottle, effectively improving the efficiency of cleaning of the laboratory bottles. A mechanism for fixing laboratory bottles before cleaning the laboratory bottles and a nozzle mechanism for flushing laboratory bottles are provided; the side of the nozzle mechanism close to laboratory bottles is provided with several spray tubes which can extend into the laboratory bottles, and each of the spray tubes respectively corresponds to a through-hole on a one-to-one basis, so as to flush a whole laboratory bottle, ensuring the cleaning effect.
