Abstract:
Provided is a labour-saving bolt cutter, comprising a cutter head (1), linkage arms and a handle (5). The cutter head (1) is connected to the upper ends of the linkage arms, and the handle (5) is connected to the lower ends of the linkage arms. The linkage arms comprise a left linkage arm (2), a first right linkage arm (3) and a second right linkage arm (4), the upper end of the left linkage arm (2) being provided with a left cutter head connecting hole (21) connected to a left cutter head (11), a first hole (22), and a second hole (23) from the left to the right, the lower end of the left linkage arm (2) being connected to the handle (5), and the upper end of the first right linkage arm (3) being provided with a third hole (31) and a right cutter head connecting hole (32) connected to a right cutter head (12). The first hole (22) and the third hole (31) are connected via a bolt, a long hole (33) is provided in the lower end of the first right linkage arm (3), and a fourth hole (41) is provided in the upper end of the second right linkage arm (4). The fourth hole (41) and the second hole (23) are connected via a bolt, a pin shaft hole (42) is provided in the middle of the second right linkage arm (4), and the pin shaft hole (42) and the long hole (33) are connected via a pin shaft (34). The pin shaft (34) is slidable along the long hole (33), and the lower end of the second right linkage arm (4) is connected to the handle (5). The labour-saving bolt cutter has a simple structure and is significantly labour-saving, and the force during shearing is in the range from 64％ to 92％ of that of a traditional bolt cutter.
