Abstract:
A LabVIEW-based teaching aid device for magnetic flux leakage detection, comprising a wire (2) wound on a ferrite (1), the two ends of the wire (2) being respectively connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a battery (3). The ferrite (1), AMR sensors (4) and a displacement sensor (5) are all arranged at the upper end of an object under test (6), the AMR sensors (4) and the displacement sensor (5) being electrically connected to a circuit board (7). The AMR sensors (4) are in a 3X3 array to form a probe. The circuit board (7) is placed on a demonstration stand, and the circuit board (7) is powered by an external power supply (8). An upper computer compiles a program and supplies same to the circuit board (7), and the upper computer (9) is externally connected to a teaching screen (10) for magnification display thereon. The device has a small size, is easy to assemble and carry and facilitates detection operations, and can visually demonstrate the process of detecting a damage point of the object under test (6) and display in real time the measurement process on the teaching screen (10) in a classroom. In addition, compared with other existing software, LabVIEW can use general hardware, so that compared with other adapted software requiring corresponding customized hardware, LabVIEW has better convenience in respect of hardware purchasing, better meeting the requirement of teaching aid devices. The present invention fills the gap of teaching aid devices for magnetic flux leakage detection.
