Abstract:
A flat sheet type flow controller, comprising a base. A flat sheet type elastic adjustment piece is disposed in the base. When the fluid pressure reaches a set pressure value, a control gap that changes under the pressure of the fluid flowing through the gap is defined between the bottom surface of the elastic adjustment piece and the base. The flat sheet type flow controller is characterized in that a raised circular platform is provided in the middle of the base, a water outlet hole is provided in the middle of the circular platform, the circular platform is provided with a locating surface, control gaps are uniformly formed on the periphery of the circular platform, and when the fluid pressure is smaller than the set value, the bottom surface of the flat sheet type elastic adjustment piece is separated from the locating surface, and at this time, the control gap does not change; when the fluid pressure is greater than the set value, the bottom surface of the flat sheet type elastic adjustment piece deforms to reach the locating surface under the pressure, and the flat sheet type elastic adjustment piece further deforms as the pressure rises and the control gap becomes small. The flat sheet type flow controller can control the flow by changing variables such as the hardness and thickness of the flat sheet type elastic adjustment piece and the width of the control gap, so that the flow can rapidly reach the set upper limit at low pressure and the flow can be maintained at the upper limit as the pressure rises.
