Abstract:
A labyrinth seal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with a first member including a plurality of sealing fins arranged spaced apart in the axial direction, and a second member which faces the first member with radial direction gaps formed between the second member and the sealing fins, wherein: the second member is formed such that, relative to each sealing fin, the part of the second member positioned on the downstream side of said sealing fin does not overlap the sealing fin when viewed in the axial direction; and the second member has an inlet wall which is positioned on the upstream side of the most upstream side sealing fin, and which forms a radial direction gap to the first member.
