Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lactic acid bacteria-derived protein and a preparation method therefor. The lactic acid bacteria-derived protein of the present invention is a purified protein, which is isolated from lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) having an excellent therapeutic effect on colon cancer and has been confirmed to have a remarkable effect on bowel diseases, and thus is expected to be widely usable in the medical field as a natural protein therapeutic agent for bowel diseases.
