Abstract:
Lactobacillus crispatus Lc31 and Lc83 capable of preventing and/or treating cervical squamous carcinoma. The preservation number of the Lactobacillus crispatus Lc31 is CGMCC No. 21348, and the preservation number of the Lactobacillus crispatus Lc83 is CGMCC No. 21349. The Lactobacillus crispatus can well adhere to the surface of the cervical squamous carcinoma SiHa cells in vitro, its metabolites can inhibit the growth, proliferation, migration and invasion of the SiHa cells, and the apoptosis of the SiHa cells is promoted.
