Abstract:

The present invention relates to Lactobacillus plantarum Probio 090 having antiviral and antipathogenic bacterial activities and, more specifically, provides: Lactobacillus plantarum Probio 090 for inhibiting the activity of viruses and the growth of the influenza virus; a culture product thereof or a product thereof; and a composition containing the same. Lactobacillus plantarum Probio 090 according to the present invention, a culture product thereof or a product thereof can be utilized in various fields such as: a food composition such as a fermented beverage, a kimchi starter and a fermented food; a pharmaceutical composition such as probiotics and a composition for intestinal disorders; a fermented feed; a cosmetic product; and a disinfectant.
