Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/136982
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a proliferation promoter for Lactobacillus murinus, Lactobacillus salivarius, or lactobacilli having 90% or greater 16S rDNA homology with Lactobacillus murinus or Lactobacillus salivarius, the proliferation promoter containing β-glucans with molecular weights from 0.2K to 50K. Also provided are a regulatory T cell proliferation agent, a lactobacillus proliferation promoting method, a method for the proliferation of regulatory T cells, a method for evaluating the effectiveness of regulatory T cell proliferation, and a method for evaluating the effectiveness of lactobacillus proliferation promotion.
