Abstract:
Provided are Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis CCFM1018, a fermented food thereof and an application thereof in preparing a drug. The bacteria is not only obviously superior to intestinal resident flora, such as escherichia coli and enterococcus faecalis, in promoting the discharge of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) and monoethylhexyl phthalic acid (MEHP), but is also superior to a commercial strain of Lactobacilus rhamnosus LGG. Therefore, the lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis CCFM1018 may be used as an effective means for preventing and relieving damage to the body caused by DEHP and MEHP. The lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis CCFM1018 may be used in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition and a fermented food for relieving and preventing the toxicity of DEHP and a metabolite thereof.
