Abstract:
This lamellar gel phase-containing composition contains a first nonionic surfactant having a hydrophobic moiety on both sides of a hydrophilic moiety. The first nonionic surfactant forms at least a portion of the lamellar gel phase. The content of higher aliphatic alcohol or higher fatty acid is no more than 1 mass% of the composition mass.
