Abstract:
Provided are: a laminate comprising a flame-retardant layer and a fiber-reinforced resin layer, wherein the flame-retardant layer contains, on the basis of the total mass of the flame-retardant layer, 20-80 mass% of a thermoplastic resin and 20-80 mass% of at least one flame retardant selected from the group consisting of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, a bromine-based flame retardant, and an inorganic hydrate-based flame retardant, the content of a reinforcing fiber is 0-20 mass% on the basis of the total mass of the flame-retardant layer, and the fiber-reinforced resin layer contains, on the basis of the total mass of the fiber-reinforced resin layer, 30-90 mass% of the thermoplastic resin and 10-70 mass% of the reinforcing fiber; a battery case for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery; and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising same.
