Abstract:
A laminate battery (1) is provided with: a laminate cell (10) which is obtained by packaging an electric power generation element in a laminate sheet (13), and which has a generally rectangular shape in a plan view; and a circuit board (20) on which a protection circuit component (22) is mounted. The laminate cell (10) includes a terrace part (14a) where the laminate sheet (13) is lapped. The circuit board (20) is disposed so as to face the terrace part (14a), with the surface on which the protection circuit component (22) is mounted facing toward the terrace part (14a). A cushion material (25) which is deformable by compression is disposed between the circuit board (20) and the terrace part (14a).
