Abstract:
Provided are: a laminate comprising a base material, an organic layer, a protective layer, and a photosensitive layer in that order, wherein the protective layer contains a polyvinyl alcohol, the polyvinyl alcohol has a saponification level of 50 mol% to 85 mol%, the photosensitive layer is subjected to development that uses a developer, and the protective layer is subjected to removal that uses a stripping fluid; a composition used to form the protective layer or the photosensitive layer included in the laminate; and a laminate formation kit used to form the laminate.
