Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to increase the design freedom of a laminate electronic device. This laminate electronic device (1) is formed by alternately laminating in the vertical direction a substrate layer in which a substrate is located and a component layer in which a component is located. On the substrate (2a1) of a first substrate layer (2a) positioned above a first component layer (3a), a non-overlapping region is formed which, in plan view, does not overlap with the substrate (2b1) of a second substrate layer (2b) positioned below the first component layer (3a), making it possible to form a space which is disposed inside of the laminate electronic device (1) and in which the substrate (2b1) of the second substrate layer (2b) is absent in the region below the non-overlapping region of the substrate (2a1) of the first substrate layer (2a). Consequently, the design freedom of the laminate electronic device (1) can be increased by utilizing said space.
