The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a laminate that can be used as a micro channel chip having an excellent appearance and in which the risk liquid leakage from a channel is reduced, while maintaining binding strength; and a method for manufacturing the laminate. The laminate according to the present invention is characterized by being obtained by joining a channel-provided substrate the material of which being a cyclic olefin polymer, and a cover material the material of which being a cyclic olefin polymer, to each other by means of an adhesive agent the material of which being a mixture of two or more types of cyclic olefin polymers. The laminate is characterized in that the glass transition temperature of the mixture of the cyclic olefin polymers that are the materials of the adhesive agent is 68-138°C and is lower by 20°C or more than both the glass transition temperature of the cyclic olefin polymer that is the material of the channel-provided substrate and the glass transition temperature of the cyclic olefin polymer that is the material of the cover material.
